Rep. Lois Frankel, a U.S. Congress member representing Florida's 22nd district, has expressed her concerns about the policies of the new administration through a series of tweets. Frankel, who has been serving in Congress since 2013 after replacing Allen West, has called for public engagement and shared her stance on various issues.

On February 6, 2025, Rep. Lois Frankel tweeted: "I’m hearing from many of you who are deeply concerned about the reckless, dangerous policies of this new Administration. Join me on Monday for a telephone town hall to share your thoughts and hear how @HouseDemocrats and I are pushing back." This message invites constituents to participate in a telephone town hall to discuss their concerns regarding the current administration's policies.

Later that day, she posted another tweet: "We must fight for an America that leads, not one that turns its back on the world. Yesterday, I joined hundreds of public servants and community leaders to oppose the reckless, short-sighted, and dangerous effort to dismantle USAID—one of our most critical tools of foreign…" This tweet highlights her opposition to efforts aimed at dismantling USAID.

On February 7, 2025, Rep. Frankel reiterated her call for public participation with another tweet: "My team and I have been getting calls from many of you about the new Trump Administration’s actions. Join my telephone town hall on Monday at 5:30 PM—I want to hear your concerns and answer your questions. Hope you’ll join us." She provided details on how constituents can join the upcoming town hall meeting.
