NOTICE OF UTILITY CITY COMMISSION MEETING
CITY HALL COMMISSION CHAMBER
TUESDAY, MARCH 28, 2023 – 6:00 PM
The City of Lake Worth Beach will be holding a Utility City Commission Meeting on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at 6:00 PM in the City Commission Chamber at City Hall, 7 N. Dixie Hwy., Lake Worth Beach, FL, 33460. Meetings may be conducted via Communication Media Technology (“CMT”).
The meeting will be livestreamed on YouTube: (livestream link) which can be accessed via the city website (website link). Public comments can be made in person and will continue to be delivered remotely via the City’s website up to 15 minutes before the start of the meeting (public comment link). Please do not email comments directly to the City Clerk as they might not be received in time to be read at the meeting. Once the comment is submitted, the requester will receive a confirmation email and a second email from Zoom with details on how to access the meeting to read their comment(s) into the record should they choose to do so. In order to provide a live comment, the requester must be available on Zoom and logged in with their full name in order to speak. Check the box if you prefer that the City Clerk read your comment(s); the requester will NOT be required to be present on Zoom with this option. The City Commission has adopted Rules of Decorum for Citizen Participation (Resolution No. 81-2022) which are posted within the City Hall Chambers, City Hall Conference Room, posted online, and available through the City Clerk’s office. Compliance with the Rules of Decorum is expected and appreciated. Any portion of a comment that violates the Rules of Decorum will not be allowed to be read at the meeting. All comments will be maintained with the City’s related meeting.
Those who wish to attend in person will be required to follow these guidelines:
- Masks are recommended at all times while in City Hall.
- Social distancing is suggested.
- The meeting is live streamed.
- Please do not attend the meeting if you are experiencing any COVID symptoms.
Pursuant to section 286.26, Florida Statutes, In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), should any person with a disability as defined by the ADA need a special accommodation to participate in the meeting, that person should submit a written request to the City of Lake Worth Beach City Clerk’s at mcoyne@lakeworthbeachfl.gov or call (561) 586-1659 at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting time.
