AFFORDABLE ART SHOW FEATURING 60 PIECES OF ART + 27 LOCAL ARTISTS TO OPEN NOV. 18
The City of Boynton Beach’s Public Art Program, Boynton Arts, will open their second Affordable Art Show: Holiday Edition on Friday, Nov. 18 (5:30 pm) at the Boynton Beach Arts & Cultural Center (125 E. Ocean Ave.) in Downtown Boynton. The show will run through January 3, 2023. Artwork may also be viewed and purchased via an online gallery.
Twenty-seven Palm Beach County artists will showcase more than 60 pieces of artwork to suit a range of budgets ($25 - $250). Artists include: Suzanne Barton, Herman Siegel, Jeri Brown, Andrew Hollimon, Lowell Schmidt, Benjamin Kenagen, Shari Gerson, Susan Finn, Ann Hoagland, Dan Remmel, Laura Burton, Adrienne Davis, Melissa Mastrangelo-Diaz, Ronnie Greenspan, Susan Oakes, Rebeca Pinto Bottone, Manny Jomok, Moisey Abdurakhmanov, Anabella Lewin, Andrea Goldsmith, Charlie Crimi, Michael Freedman, Susan Gray, Jose Mendez, Deborah LaFogg-Docherty, Steve Keeler, Sara Augustin and Elsie Marley Musella.
Arts & Cultural Center hours are 10 am to 6 pm on Monday – Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm, with extended hours available during the City’s Holiday Tree Lighting Event on Fri., Dec. 3 (6 – 9 pm). Admission is free. The Center is closed on Thanksgiving Day.
The exhibition is part of the initiative, recommended by the City’s Art Advisory Board and endorsed by the City Commission, that assists local artists to sell their work. For more information, call 561-742-6757 or email inbergv@bbfl.us.
