CITY OF ATLANTIS: Pedestrian Pathway Proposal

Paving

City Of Atlantis recently issued the following announcement.

Pedestrian Pathway Proposal

The purpose of this proposed mile of pathway is to provide a location for residents to walk, especially those with mobility constraints or strollers.

The plan proposes constructing a pedestrian pathway from the Clubhouse Boulevard gatehouse west on Clubhouse Boulevard to Villa Drive North, proceeding north on Villa Drive North to Atlantis Boulevard, and Atlantis Boulevard east to JFK Drive. The pathway will have connections to City Hall, Lost City Golf Club, and Atlantis Country Club. The pathway does not connect to sidewalks outside the wall. The proposed pathway does not include residential front yards.

A preliminary set of plans to construct this pedestrian pathway are available in the City Hall Council Chambers lobby for resident review and comment. Written comments may be left at City Hall or emailed to COA@atlantisfl.gov.
