On Saturday, Oct. 15 from 1 to 3 p.m., the Palm Beach County Library System Wellington Branch will host a technology fair as part of Computer Learning Month.
The event will feature an Oculus Quest virtual reality system, Makey Makey invention kit, Cricut cutting machine, Bee Bots® and more in a tech “show and tell."
“Computer Learning Month is a great time to learn about new technologies and to share this knowledge with others. In the spirit of Computer Learning Month, we hope everyone who attends will get a taste of what is possible with technology and the library," said Catherine Ng, branch manager at the Wellington Branch.
This event celebrates Computer Learning Month, a month dedicated to helping those who have difficulty working with computers, or just need a little refresher to learn what they can do.
While Computer Learning Month is dedicated to helping all Palm Beach County residents become more computer and technology literate, the Palm Beach County Library System is proud to offer dozens of digital education workshops monthly.
