Dear Resident / Property Owner:
In accordance with the adopted Addressing and Street Naming Policy for the City of Lake Worth Beach, notice is hereby given to all residents and property owners along Ocean Breeze, between Lake Avenue and 5th Avenue South. The City Commission has received support from numerous residents to rename Ocean Breeze to South Ocean Breeze between Lake Avenue and 5th Avenue South. This change will only apply to properties that currently have an Ocean Breeze address.
The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 19th, 2022 at 6:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the City Hall Commission Chambers at 7 North Dixie Highway, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33460. Written responses can be sent to the City Clerk’s Office at 7 North Dixie Highway, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33460 and must arrive before the hearing date to be included in the formal record. You also have the opportunity to attend the meeting to provide oral testimony.
