City Of Delray Beach issued the following announcement on Apr. 05.
The City of Delray Beach is asking for your input at the upcoming Noise Ordinance Public Workshop, taking place at 6 pm, on April 21, 2022, at Delray Beach City Hall (100 NW 1 Ave.)
Over the next several weeks, staff from Brooks Acoustics Corporation will be gathering infrmation to help the city draft an ordinance that accounts for a dynamic entertainment district and the impacts on neighboring communities. Meters will be placed throughout the city to collect data. Stakeholder input, community Outreach, and staff training will also play a role in drafting a comprehensive, enforceable, and objective ordinance that fits the city's needs for many years to come.
