A youth summit will be held at Palm Beach Lakes High School on March 28, bringing together more than 600 local middle and high school students, along with parents, law enforcement, service providers, and community members. The event will run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The summit aims to empower young people by providing information and resources that help them make positive life choices. Organizers say the day is designed to address important topics such as career planning, gang and crime prevention, bullying prevention, mental health awareness, substance abuse prevention, financial literacy, education opportunities, culinary skills development, basics of drone technology, and more.

Participants in the summit will have the chance to earn ten community service hours. In addition to educational sessions and workshops throughout the day, attendees can enjoy food and prizes. Entertainment will be provided by Digital Vibez.

This year’s theme is “Adventure Awaits: Pin your Purpose, Map Your Move,” which organizers say reflects the goal of helping youth chart their own course toward success while connecting with supportive adults in their community.

The event brings together a wide range of stakeholders who are invested in supporting young people’s well-being. By offering practical resources alongside entertainment and incentives for participation such as community service hours and prizes—the summit seeks both to inform participants about important issues facing youth today and encourage them to take active steps toward their future.
