May: Boca Raton (unincorporated) experienced a 29.1% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Boca Raton (unincorporated) rose by $102,550 while total sales increased by 27.4 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 265 homes sold, with a median sale price of $455,000 - a 29.1 percent increase over the $352,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 208 homes sold in Boca Raton (unincorporated) in May 2021.
