The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Lois Jane Frankel, Lois Frankel for Congress, refunded $5,000 to David K. Hass on July 21, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Lois Frankel for Congress has refunded $5,103 total since Feb. 1.
