The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Lois Jane Frankel, Lois Frankel for Congress, refunded $2,900 to Marsha Z. Laufer on Sept. 7, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Lois Frankel for Congress has refunded $19,675 total since April 1.
