Harid Conservatory Of Music, Inc issued the following announcement on July 24.
At the conclusion of our 2021 Summer Intensive, HARID was pleased to recognize two students whose work the faculty felt was exceptional throughout the four-week program. Emily Lezcano, from Asunción, Paraguay, was awarded the Isabella Boylston Scholarship, named in honor of American Ballet Theatre principal dancer and HARID alumna, Isabella Boylston (Class of 2005). Alexei Orohovsky, from Hattiesburg, Mississippi, was awarded the Male Dancer Scholarship. Both awards will assist the dancers with their living costs at HARID this coming school year. Congratulations, Emily and Alexei!
