the Harid Conservatory recently issued the following announcement.

The 2020 Student Outreach Performances have been cancelled. 

ATTENTION FOURTH- AND FIFTH-GRADE TEACHERS!

The HARID Conservatory is pleased to offer a series of 45-minute Dance Outreach Performances for fourth- and fifth-grade students in South Palm Beach County schools. The performances are free to students in Palm Beach County public schools (FREE admission and FREE busing).*

HARID’s Dance Outreach Performances provide a special opportunity for students to experience a high-quality dance performance, learn and practice proper theater etiquette, and exercise their behavioral responsibilities outside the classroom.

Dance • Music • Theater • Life skills

All Dance Outreach Performances are approximately 45 minutes in length and feature HARID’s holiday tradition:

Divertissements from The Nutcracker, Act II

HARID’s colorful production of The Nutcracker includes all the magical and exciting dances from Act II including Spanish Chocolates, Chinese Tea, Arabian Coffee, the Russian Trepak, Dance of the Mirlitons, Waltz of the Flowers, and the majestic Grand Pas de Deux

  • Wednesday, December 9,

    10:30 a.m.–11:15 a.m.

  • Thursday, December 10,

    10:30 a.m.–11:15 a.m.

All performances are available on a first-come-first-served basis. (The seating capacity for each performance is 800.) Contact Robert Ulmer at
