Stephanie Theodossakos, a former standout at Saint Andrew’s School and now a member of the Johns Hopkins Blue Jays, is set to compete in the Division III NCAA Basketball Tournament.
The team will face the Hunter Hawks in the first round of the tournament.
Tipoff for the opening game is scheduled for Friday, March 6 at 7:30 p.m. at Goldfarb Gymnasium.
Chloe Yeatts of Florida Atlantic University’s softball team earned an honorable mention from the American Conference after strong performances against Tulsa. This marks her first honor this season and third overall as an Owl.
Florida Atlantic University has added sophomore guard Janiah Suprius to its women’s basketball team for next season after an award-winning year at Palm Beach State College. Head Coach LeAnn Freeland praised Suprius’ skills as both a scorer and playmaker.
These ex-South Palm Beach area high school standouts will participate in competitions on Tuesday, April 21.
