The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office announced on March 9 the results of its Speed and Aggressive Driving Enforcement Operation, which took place on March 7, 2026.

The operation aimed to enforce Florida State Statutes related to speeding and aggressive driving, as well as to educate the public about the dangers associated with these behaviors.

During the enforcement period from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, deputies conducted a total of 237 traffic stops. The operation resulted in one misdemeanor arrest, thirteen criminal citations, 275 traffic citations, and 152 traffic warnings.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, these efforts are part of ongoing initiatives to improve road safety by targeting excessive speed and aggressive driving. The agency said that public education is also a key component of their approach.

The Sheriff’s Office plans to continue similar operations in the future as part of its commitment to reducing dangerous driving behaviors in Palm Beach County.
