The Special Victims Unit is asking the public for help in identifying any additional victims who may have had contact with Alexander, who is known to drive a gray 2019 Chevrolet Trax.

Detectives are continuing their investigation to determine if there are other individuals who may have encountered Alexander under similar circumstances. According to the sheriff’s office, detectives responded on March 30 to a report of an armed kidnapping and sexual battery. During their investigation, they identified a suspect and established probable cause.

On April 3, detectives interviewed Alexander while he was being held in the Palm Beach County Jail. Following this interview, he was formally charged with one count of kidnapping and one count of sexual battery by coercion and threat.

Authorities said that on March 24, Alexander was driving his dark gray Chevrolet Trax in the area of Ingraham Avenue when he approached a female pedestrian under false pretenses while engaging in indecent behavior. He later traveled to Lake Ida Dog Park where he continued similar conduct from inside his vehicle while observing people nearby.

The Delray Beach Police Department obtained an arrest warrant for four counts of indecent exposure related to these incidents. On April 2, Alexander was located by law enforcement officers, arrested, and booked into the Palm Beach County Jail.
