On Sunday, April 13, former Wellington High School standout Nelia Peralta’s current college team, the Auburn Tigers, won 8-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Georgia Bobcats.
The game took place at Jane B. Moore Field. This was their third matchup against the Bobcats this season.
The Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, April 17 at 5 p.m. at Sherri Parker Lee Stadium against Tennessee Lady Volunteers.
