Lena Girardi, a former Grandview Preparatory School standout who now plays for the Oklahoma State Cowgirls, is set to take part in the NCAA Tournament.
Oklahoma State enters the tournament as the No. 8 seed and will go up against the No. 9 seed Princeton Tigers in the opening round.
The teams will meet in their first game on Saturday, March 21, at 7:30 p.m. at Pauley Pavilion.

Florida Atlantic University’s baseball team defeated Tulane 10-9 on April 18 for a series victory. The Owls held off a late rally by Tulane thanks to strong performances both offensively and on the mound. The teams meet again Sunday for their final matchup.
Florida Atlantic University’s women’s track and field team wrapped up a two-day meet at Georgia Tech. Madison Brown earned a top-10 program finish in the 5000 meters. The team prepares next for competition at Northern Florida’s UNF Invitational.
