Frankel, who succeeded Allen West in the House of Representatives and previously served in the Florida House from 1986 to 2002, shared her thoughts on policies associated with former President Donald Trump and announced a new appointment.
On June 3, 2025, Rep. Lois Frankel remarked on an unexpected agreement with Elon Musk regarding Trump’s legislative efforts. She stated “Hard to believe, but Elon Musk and I agree on something! Trump’s so-called “big, beautiful bill” is a disgusting abomination.”
The following day, June 4, 2025, Frankel criticized another policy decision by Trump. She highlighted concerns over emergency room protocols related to abortion care by stating “Trump’s latest move? Letting ERs deny abortion care, even in emergencies. Outrageous, dangerous, and cruel.”
