Former Palm Beach Central athlete Mario McDonnough set for NCAA Division II tournament appearance

Mario McDonnough, a former standout at Palm Beach Central High School and now playing for the Lincoln Memorial Railsplitters, is set to take part in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.

The team will enter the tournament as the No. 7 seed and face the second-seeded Lander Bearcats in their first game.

The opener is scheduled for Saturday, March 14 at 2:30 p.m. at Finis Horne Arena.
