Florida Atlantic women’s golf prepares for Gators Invitational in Gainesville

Florida Atlantic University’s women’s golf team is set to participate in the Gators Invitational, which starts on Friday in Gainesville. The event will run for three days and will conclude on Sunday at the Mark Bostick Golf Course.

The team’s lineup remains unchanged from their previous competition in Georgia two weeks ago. Freshman Tina Genoulaz will lead the team after tying for 25th place in her last appearance. Nancy Cox has consistently finished within the Top 25 in each of her last six tournaments, a streak that began last spring. Charlotte Perkins holds the third spot, with Giulia Scarcello and Carolin Alblas completing the roster.

First round tee times are scheduled as follows: Carolin Alblas at 10:10 a.m., Giulia Scarcello at 10:20 a.m., Charlotte Perkins at 10:30 a.m., Nancy Cox at 10:40 a.m., and Tina Genoulaz at 10:50 a.m.

The tournament will be played on the Mark Bostick Golf Course, which is set up as a par-70 layout measuring 6,002 yards.

The field includes teams such as Campbell, Clemson, Georgia Southern, Florida Atlantic, FIU, FGCU, No. 7 Florida, Miami, No. 49 Michigan, No. 14 North Carolina, No. 27 Oklahoma, South Alabama, USF, and No. 40 Virginia.
