Florida Atlantic University’s women’s golf team ended the first day of the Gators Invitational in 13th place with a score of +29. The tournament is being hosted by the University of Florida in Gainesville.

Nancy Cox led the Owls on Friday, finishing with a score of 75 (+5). She is currently ranked 47th individually, one stroke ahead of teammate Carolin Alblas, who stands in 55th place.

The second round will see Nancy Cox teeing off at 10:50 a.m., followed by Carolin Alblas at 10:40 a.m., Tina Genoulaz at 10:30 a.m., Giulia Scarcello at 10:20 a.m., and Charlotte Perkins at 10:10 a.m.
